Blood Into Wine

Maynard James Keenan never stops amazing me. Keenan is best known as the lead singer of the multi-platinum rock bands Tool and A Perfect Circle and a successful side project called Puscifer. He's proven his worth to be invaluable to the music community, so his next logical step in his career would be to start making award winning wine. He is the current owner of Merkin Vineyards (click here if you want in on this inside joke) and the associated winery, Caduceus Cellars, and has part ownership of Stronghold Vineyards, all located in Arizona, where he lives. Maynard is on a mission to do for wine what he did to music: make it wholly his own. Thus, in the new documentary, Blood Into Wine, Maynard's struggles and triumphs to bring a great bottle of wine to the masses is put to film, a really good film actually. It doesn't matter if your a devout Maynard fan or a curious wine enthusiast, your going to enjoy this documentary.

Maynard, thanks for putting your heart & soul into everything you do, it doesn't go unnoticed.
